Unified Communications solution OpenScape Office
OpenScape Office is the Unified Communications solution for HiPath 3000. The application is based on the HiPath Open Office Unified Communications solution and supports the following functions:
Unified Messaging (Voicemail, Fax, E-Mail).
Presence.
Call Control / CTI.
Instant Messaging.
Attendant Position.
Contact Center (released for HiPath 3800 only).
Note: The integrated "meet me" conferencing of HiPath OpenOffice ME is not supported with OpenScape Office. The OpenScape Office application can't be integrated in HiPath networks. A connection is enabled only with HiPath 3000 stand alone platforms.
The individually matched solution components are scalable via a flexible licensing structure and can be tailored according to customer requirements.
Note: OpenScape Office is only released for connection to stand alone HiPath 3000 systems. The integration into HiPath 3000 networks is not supported as the monitoring of IP network links is currents not possible.

Voicemail and Faxes
The Voicemail and Fax services offer subscribers convenient interfaces via myPortal and Outlook Plugin for receiving and managing voicemails and fax messages. In addition, subscribers can send faxes via the HiPath OpenOffice Fax Printer.
The Voicemail and Fax services can be used by subscribers with the system telephones (HFA) OpenStage, optiPoint 410 and optiPoint 420. The Fax service is integrated in HiPath OpenOffice ME and can be set up by the administrator for licensed ComfortPlus users.
Apart from the integrated Fax service, external fax machines can also be connected via the a/b or ISDN interface.

Fixed Mobile Convenience
The FMC functionality has been expanded by the following features:
Integration of Dual Mode WLAN / GSM mobile phones.

Manager E/C window size optimized for resolution of 1024x768.
Support of LDAP names of up to 44 characters.
