Most expensive calls
This report shows the outgoing calls with the bigger costs (such as long-distance or long-duration calls). See example
External line report
This report shows the total duration, the number of calls and total cost for every external line of your PBX. See example
Costs by destination operator
This report shows the total duration, the number of calls and total cost for each phone network. This is usefull when your plan has different tariffs for other operators (such as mobile). See example
Costs by extension
This report shows the total duration, the number of calls and total cost for each extension. See example
Costs by department
This report shows the total duration, the number of calls and total cost for each department. You can define the extensions assigned to every department and change this information when needed.See example
Costs by account code
You can see the total duration, the number of calls and total cost for every account code. Note: your PBX has to support account codes. See example

PbxTools PhoneJournal can generate a report by destination zone. A zone can be a country, a state or other phone operators. See example

Hardware requirements of PhoneJournal are as low as posible. Below are listed the minimum and recomended requirements for running our product.
To run PbxTools PhoneJournal properly you need an IBM-PC compatible computer with the following configuration:
100 Mhz Intel Pentium or better processor
32 or more MB RAM
20 MB free disk space
A free serial (COM) port
A serial cable to connect the PBX to your computer.
