BlueVoice is a third-generation voicelogger which provides accurate digital recordings of phone calls and radio communications, all packed-up in a very friendly interface available in a web browser.

BlueVoice is the solution for better customer service and more accurate business relationships, the solution for accurate information.

Recording modes
Global, selective, or on-demand recording modes allows you to monitor only tracked channels. The system permits customization of lines or phone numbers, in order to determine the automatic or selective mode of monitoring.
BlueVoice also allows you to define two special categories of telephone numbers: Unrecordable numbers, witch are never monitored, and Highly monitored numbers. The system generates alerts when Highly monitored numbers are engaged in a phone call.

Playing conversations
BlueVoice has web browser based playback. The incorporated player permits navigation trough a record, pause, stop, volume adjustment.
When playing a conversations all informations logged to that call are available: date and time, duration, Caller ID, channel and ref number.

Records management
BlueVoice offers comprehensive information logged with any call (date, time, duration, Caller ID, channel number) and stored in a database systems with customizable, powerful search interface. Conversations can be saved, annotated, e-mailed, played or deleted.

Archiving conversations
The system permits manual or automatic conversations archiving. The automatic archiving is done at a preset time interval. The administrator can also choose the week-day and time to archive, based on bandwidth traffic management.
The archives can be internal storaged or external, on CD/DVD or share Windows.

Storage capacity management
BlueVoice internal storage disk has two default partitions: one for conversations and the other one for archives. The conversations partition comes in two storage capacities: 22000 or 35000 hours.

Users management
BlueVoice is designed to allow multiple users and access level control, with full access logging. A user can be granted access to see conversations, e-mail records, annotate, save, play or delete conversations. Users can be grouped by access levels for a better access management.

BlueVoice is built for 24 hours 365 days continuous operation. We offer you a compete fault-tolerant system, either as a componentized platform for advanced applications, or a standard configuration with numerous options.
To meet the toughest requirements and environments in mission-critical applications, BlueVoice integrates top hardware and solid software. Default RAID configuration for data storage, optional redundant power-supplies and rugged customizable enclosure gives BlueVoice total reliability.
The system also generates e- mail or LCD displayed alerts for:

  • Lines added/deleted
  • Fail archiving
  • Overlong conversation (for exceeding the period set for a regular conversation)
  • Saving archive on share Windows

    Setting the IP of the system can be done very easy using its incorporated LCD.

    System structure

    BlueVoice is built-up from functional modules, giving the system a great flexibility towards every client's specific needs. The system can monitor both line extensions and telephony trunks, a very cost-effective solution for companies that have interest only in external conversations monitoring.

    BlueVoice records all types of lines: analog (including radio and other sources of audio signal), digital (ISDN). The system uses a passive tapping technology and has high impedance inputs not to affect in any way the quality of the monitored line.

    BlueVoice supports D-Channel information and audio for a large number of PABXs. Future supported PABXs can be added without additional investment; a single hardware design fits all PABX types and it is configured using specific software modules.
