Beia Consult anunta castigarea proiectului de implementare a Call Center-ului pentru servicii de outsourcing inbound care consta din :
- Realizarea unei infrastructuri tehnologice: platforma telefonica pentru primirea si gestionarea apelurilor si pentru monitorizarea in timp real a unor indicatori de performanta specifici contact-center
- Un sistem informatic pentru gestionarea cererilor clientilor tip CRM
- O platforma de accesare a informatiilor necesare in gestionarea unor contracte comerciale ERP si Knowledge Base
Proiectul va fi functional incepand cu a doua jumatate a lunii iunie 2010.

Impreuna cu firma partenera Voxtron este anuntata obtinerea certificatului HiPath Ready pentru centralele telefonice softswitch Siemens HiPath 4000 v5 si aplicatia de contact center Voxtron agenTel v6.

Firma Beia Consult va invita la webinarul „Interactive Voice/Video Response (IVVR): The Next Great Breakthrough in Customer Service” in data de 8 Iunie. Inregistrarea va avea loc la adresa : http://www.tmcnet.com/webinar/dialogic-interactive/

In lupta constanta de a reduce costurile unui operator pentru servicii de support si a permite clientilor de a se ajuta singuri prin interfete de tip self-care in loc de a discuta cu un agent de call-center, IVVR permite transmiterea de seturi de instructiuni foarte complexe fara a fi necesara asistenta unui agent.
Sunt si alte oportunitati unde IVVR poate fi folosit in institutii precum Communication Enabled Business Process (CEBP) sau trainingul salariatilor care vor fi de asemenea discutate in cadrul webinarului.
De asemenea vor fi prezentate modalitati cum adaugarea suportului video la contact-centere poate crea oportunitati de tip up-sell sau cross-sell, crescand utilizarea si productivitatea agentilor.
